Overview
András approached us to create his first-ever website for his business, Salvári Training.
From our very first conversation, it was clear that he was ready to take his business to the next level. He had built a strong foundation offline—but needed a digital presence that matched his professionalism, energy, and ambition.
This project focused on designing and developing a website that would showcase his personality, build trust with potential clients, and help generate new leads.
High-level goals
01
Reflect András’s easy going personality and capture the essence of how his training usually goes
02
Help him build trust and credibility throughout a professional website
The Challenge
Despite being an experienced and passionate fitness coach, András lacked a digital platform to showcase his services, expertise, and personality. He needed a site that:
Built trust with potential clients at first glance
Clearly communicated his services and differentiators
Felt authentic and aligned with his energy and training philosophy
Was easy to update without technical experience
The Process
Our roadmap was divided into four key phases:
Kickoff & Discovery
We began with a workshop to explore potential branding directions, key site features, and the overall goals. This helped align our vision and set a solid foundation for the project.
Look & Feel Explorations
In a follow-up session, we narrowed down the visual direction through a "Look & Feels" workshop. This step was crucial in locking in a design language that felt authentic to András and his brand.
High-Fidelity Design in Figma
Once the direction was clear, we designed the full site in Figma—page by page, ensuring consistency in layout, messaging, and user experience.
Development in Webflow
After a few design iterations and a final design freeze, we transitioned into the build phase, bringing everything to life in Webflow.

Branding workshop
We started with a one-hour brainstorming session centered around the 12 branding archetypes. This exercise helped András reflect on how he wanted his brand to feel — not just look.
We explored colors, tones, values, and potential slogans, digging into the emotional side of his business. Later, he told us the session was a breakthrough in defining the personality of his brand.
The three archetypes that resonated most with him were: The Hero, The Jester, and The Sage — a unique blend that captures his motivational energy, sense of humor, and depth of knowledge.

Look & Feels
Using the selected brand archetypes as our foundation, we created four distinct visual directions to explore different interpretations of his brand’s identity.
In a dedicated workshop, András reviewed each option and provided feedback. We ultimately combined elements from two concepts — keeping the traditional hero section layout from the first, and pairing it with the more image-focused services section from the second.

Final Design
Over the course of two weeks, we held several feedback sessions and iterated quickly based on András’s input.
Most of the requested changes focused on refining the tone of the messaging and improving text readability — making sure the content felt more aligned with his voice and remained accessible across all devices.
By the end of this phase we delivered the final, fully-approved designs and were ready to move into development.

Development in Webflow
After the design freeze, we transitioned into development and built the entire site in Webflow.
To make ongoing updates easy, we used CMS collections for blog posts and repeatable content. We also added custom fields with clear descriptions — in the client’s native language — to ensure he could confidently manage the site without needing technical help.

The Outcome
The project wrapped up with a fully responsive, easy-to-manage website that András now proudly uses to represent Salvári Training online.
6 months
Just six months after launch, he got his first new client directly from the site.
Boosted confidence
During our post-project interview, András shared how the site gave him a renewed sense of professionalism and legitimacy: “I’ve gained confidence in my work.”
Built trust & credibility
The feedback from his existing clients was immediate — they saw him as more established and credible, simply because of the improved online presence.
Key Learnings
The good, the bad and the ugly: insights that we will keep in mind for future projects.
Tutorials are valued
Since the client wasn't familiar with managing a website, we placed extra emphasis on clear documentation, tutorial videos, and regular check-ins.
Importance of brainstorming
Our clients aren’t always tech-savvy, so we’ve found that collaborating with them through hands-on workshops makes a big difference. By being directly involved, they feel a stronger sense of ownership and accomplishment when everything comes together.
More time for launch day
On launch day things often take longer than expected — especially when the client is navigating new tools for the first time. Scheduling more time should ensure everything goes live smoothly without pressure.
Cater to client's audience
Throughout the process, we kept the client’s audience front and center. This helped the client connect more authentically with his users.
